I like that the size is adjustable. The drawer I put it in had a built in chopping board that couldn't be closed once the organizer was in place, but I've never used a chopping board so I removed it permanently and it fits perfectly. For those who do housework. The bottom or organizer has multiple stops that prevent the drawers from extending too far and becoming loose. They seemed too long to me, so I disassembled them, trimmed them, and glued them all together. This added another inch to the width and almost completely made it fit in my drawer. If you do this, make sure you have a good glue (preferably for wood) on hand and be careful not to break the piece. It is well made but fragile as it is made of bamboo. Overall I really like it and it makes better use of the drawer than the plastic organizer I had before. Plus, it doesn't have to be just for cutlery. can be used in any drawer that needs to be organized as long as it is deep enough.
