Perfect for my outdoor kitten
I have a cat that I recently started letting outside when I'm at home (I live in a second floor apartment). After they were microchipped and all the pictures updated, she wanted a highly visible collar. It can definitely be seen, and the bell helps me find her when it's time to enter if she hasn't already meowed to enter herself. It's also great that there's a break in case she gets into a quandary, I don't have to worry about anything.
