Very easy to use. I recommend watching YouTube videos on how to make espresso. This is my first time owning an espresso machine and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a machine that will last. I would be upset if it broke and didn't last at least a year. So this machine does an excellent job of making espresso, but you really need to learn how to make it, don't blame the machine. All I care about is the quality of the machine and learning how to make espresso. Later I will spend more for a famous espresso brand that I can customize but for now I'm happy as it works and my espresso is delicious!
