My expectations for the good quality of the products and the helpfulness of the staff at Largemouth Company's recent visit were not met. Products were of acceptable quality, however I felt they were expensive for what you got. However, the customer service was the biggest disappointment. The employees didn't appear to care about answering my questions, and I had to look around for help. When I did track down an employee, they looked irritated by my presence and lacked expertise in the things they were marketing. I had a problem with one of the things I bought, and when I contacted customer support, they were uncaring and unwilling to take responsibility for the problem. I wasted a lot of time and energy making another trip to the store to get the problem fixed. My time at Largemouth Company was, on the whole, a negative one. The things were alright, but they were overpriced for what you got, and the service was terrible. If you're searching for a good buying experience, don't go with this firm.
