The A-11 torch tip I received worked flawlessly when soldering 3/8, 3/4 soft copper tubing with SilPhos 15% Ambient temp outside was 55F and windy No doubt he would have easily done 7/8 or 1". Tip is much louder than my a-3. Noticeable whistling effect. Impressive to say the least. Quickly turns a coppery dull cherry red Colour.
