Replaced toilets, sink and tub. I know how to connect water pipes and make sure they don't leak. I've made several attempts to connect the supply line to my new dishwasher with the adapter that came with it, using varying amounts of Teflon tape and pipe sealant, being careful not to over-tighten. The adapter was clearly defective as it kept not sealing properly and was constantly leaking. Throw it away and get a new kit from another company (Supplying Demand 6572 Universal Installation Kit) which completely solved the problem. The working kit has a slightly different style of lead to DW adapter and works like a charm. I wish I had found a kit from Supplying Demand first; Would have saved me many hours of frustration.
