Superb frying pan! I've baked cookies and biscuits on it and roasted coffee beans on it. The pan is built for heavy use, which means it won't bend or be "cheap" like some other more expensive pans. This is a great frying pan that will serve you for many years. Easy to clean. Just use some terter cream to wipe away any dirt that may have built up. GREAT PAN / GREAT PRICE / FAST SHIPPING!
