Rugged construction, easy assembly. Instructions were included, but you don't really need them. For the assembly part you will need a screwdriver and a wrench. I can line the tray with paper to make it easier to clean. It's easy to carry my bird around the house. Ideal for him to sit next to me while I work. Sometimes I attach a hanging toy and other times I leave it on to give my bird more space to sleep. The bowl is a little deep for him to eat from, but he also holds on to it with his beak for balance. I just wish the short intermediate bars leading to the main bar were better placed for my little rider to climb up like a ladder. I am also happy to support a company based in the USA.
