I'm not an audio expert but as a general user even I noticed the poor sound quality. Pros: - Once placed in the ears, they have a slim profile that doesn't protrude too much. long gone. I used to have another pair that made me look like I had two large studs sticking out of my ears. The earbuds stay in place well. I circuit trained and ran a few miles in them and wasn't afraid they would fall out. They come with 2 ear tips of different sizes to fit your ear. The noise-cancelling feature works well, but is nothing compared to over-ear noise-cancelling headphones. I'd say it works for blocking out light noise and distractions around you, but not great for a crying baby or nearby conversations. - Setting up the headphones is easy. All you have to do is open the dock and pair it with your phone. You can also download the app to get more features for easier headphone control. Cons: The only thing I found difficult was learning a series of clicks to control the headphones without using the phone. It took a day or two to get used to. I find that I prefer using the app to the touch functions. The quality of the music was bad. For the price I would have expected better quality. I have two other leading headphone brands that I have used that I prefer these to.
