The interface is clunky, slow and unintuitive. Their customer portal does not give any indication as to why you may have been rejected. Their website does not tell you why you were rejected. If you were accepted, the portal shows that you are a pending payment. When you login to the portal, you are immediately presented with a pop-up stating "You must first approve our terms of service" (TOS). You are not asked if you accept their TOS. This is incredibly annoying because I was already logged in. What's worse, is that I did not even know that I needed to log in! After logging in, I was still required to click on the link in order to "approve our terms of service". This page does not explain what terms of service are. I am forced to read something that states "Your personal information will remain private and secure. We will use your information only to serve you and to protect your account.
