Their website was originally built by another vendor and I have already seen how fast they can turn around projects so I am a little concerned that the new project may take longer. The only thing that concerns me right now is if it's really going to work as promised when the time comes. They seem like a great group of…

The interface is clunky, slow and unintuitive.

The interface is clunky, slow and unintuitive. Their customer portal does not give any indication as to why you may have been rejected. Their website does not tell you why you were rejected. If you were accepted, the portal shows that you are a pending payment. When you login to the portal, you are immediately presented with a pop-up stating "You must first approve our terms of service" (TOS). You are not asked if you accept their TOS. This is incredibly annoying because I was already logged…

  • Has a lot of features including some very powerful algorithms that you can implement to improve performance.

  • Although it works, it takes too long to load the pages and sometimes it would crash when loading new data.
