I've had several "indestructible" exercise balls from different brands and none of them could withstand such a strain. They're touted as resilient, and they're absolutely right. I've had them for almost a year now and I train around the yard and my dogs love to chase them and run away with them. I've seen them chew on it like a chew toy and none of them show any signs of breakage or decay. As for flying, they seem true, fade and fade or paint and paint. If you have a slice or hook that you need to work on, they're great and the results you see from practicing with them are reflected in ball flight patterns on the shooting range or on the field.
