Review on Computer headset HyperX Cloud Orbit S, black by Adam Joks ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The product is average, Im not sure its worth the money.

Now I have already looked in the reviews for the same Audeze Mobius (the same as the HyperX Cloud Orbit S) and they have exactly the same problem with cracks.

Pros
  • + The sound is quite good. With any explosions in games / movies or just a "hard" bass, the headphones vibrate very cool (I don't know if it's intended, or this is how the membranes work out). I did not use any presets in the application, I set it to Flat and was quite satisfied. + It’s convenient that the amplifier is built into the headphones, and you don’t have to worry about choosing some cool sound system.
Cons
  • - From the very beginning, they were a little creaky, since everything is made of plastic . what have they got to do with it! (I'll tell you later) - The microphone is quiet, there are almost no low frequencies at all. Also, when talking on the microphone, you will hear yourself (as I understand it, eternal direct monitoring is turned on). What was the difficulty in adding it to turn it off as needed, this is of course a question. “After a few months, the skin on the ear pads just started peeling off. - And most importantly, after 10 months of use, I began to notice that the headphones are somehow uncomfortable on my ears. It turned out that cracks were just going along the fastening of two speakers. The left speaker has essentially turned out to be unsuitable for use, as it hangs at will without adhering to the ear, and the right speaker is even less so. And I was surprised by these cracks only because I used these headphones as carefully as they cost. It turned out at the points where the cracks go, just a thin piece of cheap plastic.
