Failure after 9 months.

After 9 months of trouble-free use, this lid no longer seems to hold a seal. Every time my fuel pump fills up, a horrible groan comes from the cap area. And now my check engine light is on with a vacuum error code, presumably due to insufficient pressure throughout the fuel system.
