A must if you don't want to wash your hair very often. I know it sounds gross but I wash my hair twice a day and everyone tells me it's bad for my hair. When I started washing my hair less I was a little scared because I read that my hair would be very greasy as my scalp basically overcompensated for the lack of oil in my hair my entire life. I apply this shampoo to my scalp and rub it in a little. I left it for a minute. And since it doesn't lather as well as my other shampoos, I wash the ends with Penten. The combination works, I can comfortably go three days without washing my hair. There is no flaking or oiliness on the scalp. It also has a very gentle, pleasant scent.
