Review on Canon Image CLASS D1620 Multifunction Wireless Laser Printer - Monochrome with AirPrint (2223C024) - Compact and Powerful Printer for Office Use by Jeff Apel

I installed this printer in my office. From the start, the print queue contained no more than one job. I then phoned Canon support for 61 minutes. They forced me to uninstall and reinstall the drivers twice. However, the print queue cannot contain more than one job. This printer is in the CPA office and I wanted to use it to print tax returns. We have 10 old canons that work great. The new D1620 image class is GARBAGE. I would rate it ZERO stars if I could. Now I have to wrap it up and send it back to Revane. What a phenomenal waste of time. TO UPDATE. UPS charged me $12 for packaging the Canon printer to ship back to Revain. The good news is that I ordered an HP Laser Jet Pro M428fdw MFP with an optional paper tray from Revain and the HP was ready to go. These are HP printers for this office in the future.
