I am very satisfied with this replacement air conditioning control board. The prices from this supplier were very competitive and the installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only small problem I had was trying to find the DIP switches for my application. I finally found out that they were under a protective sheet of clear plastic that had to be peeled off to get at the microswitches. I've never repaired an air conditioner before, but I've certainly saved a few hundred dollars by doing the troubleshooting and repairs myself instead of calling an air conditioner repairman!
