As others have pointed out, Xformer moves .

I had ST9141. As others have pointed out, moving the Xformer clamps around and adjusting the clamp on the pins is really a pain for the inept person because you have to cut the wires, lengthen them and find the connector that fits. In addition, this is a very easy replacement and the oven starts working as soon as the switch is turned on.

Pros
  • Practical thing

  • No automatic

Honeywell ST9160B replacement

This is a Honeywell replacement for the Honeywell ST9160B control board and most ST9101, ST9120, ST9141 or ST9160 boards (see instructions for all applications). ST9120B (ST9120U1011) is an upgraded board. This seller had a very good price and is easy to install. If you have no experience, just read the instructions carefully. Instructions are available online, PDF file: Honeywell_ST120U_69-2252EF.pdf.

a bit confusing but works

Board works. It is impossible to say how long this will take. The original board lasted over 15 years. If you buy this board, be careful. A jumper is required for 27V. Only a small tiny pressure mark indicated that it was necessary. I was disappointed when the thermostat didn't work when I turned on the oven. Another thing to be careful with is cable markers. A few of my wires weren't labeled from old to new right away. We sorted it out and now I have a working stove and air conditioner. If…

I am very satisfied with this replacement air conditioner control board

I am very satisfied with this replacement air conditioning control board. The prices from this supplier were very competitive and the installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only small problem I had was trying to find the DIP switches for my application. I finally found out that they were under a protective sheet of clear plastic that had to be peeled off to get at the microswitches. I've never repaired an air conditioner before, but I've certainly saved a few hundred…

Worked great for Armstrong Tech 80 Ultra V

I have a 15 year old Armstrong Tech 80 Ultra V and I control it with an Ecobee WiFi thermostat. When a heat request was sent to the stove, the burners would turn on, but the fan never started. No air injection. The OEM control board is Honeywell ST9160b-1068 and this board replaces it perfectly. The included manual makes it very easy to set the delay dip switches and all the wiring and notation is very simple. I didn't have to drill any mounting holes. The original board uses 4 corner screws…

Replacing an old ST9141 board with a new ST912OU

I installed the new board in a 1996 Consolidated Industries MBA 080 NH3R oven. My oven stopped working and wouldn't start. Nothing started, no inductor motor noise, no ignition. When I tried to manually turn on the fan on the thermostat, it made a repetitive clicking sound as the relay clicked. At first I suspected a fan. But I connected the fan motor wire directly to 120V and the motor ran. After that I decided to replace the old ST9141 control board with a new universal ST9120U1011. I spent…

Great way to save money on costly repairs

My Armstrong system's fan was not working and the local HVAC dealer found the control board had failed. They told me the board would cost over $800 not including the labor cost to replace it. If you know a little about electronic circuits, this sounds overpriced for a simple circuit board containing a few relays and other common parts. I checked the board for the part number and found that it is no longer made, but Honeywell has replaced it and a number of other boards with the ST912U1011. In…
