Replacing an old ST9141 board with a new ST912OU

I installed the new board in a 1996 Consolidated Industries MBA 080 NH3R oven. My oven stopped working and wouldn't start. Nothing started, no inductor motor noise, no ignition. When I tried to manually turn on the fan on the thermostat, it made a repetitive clicking sound as the relay clicked. At first I suspected a fan. But I connected the fan motor wire directly to 120V and the motor ran. After that I decided to replace the old ST9141 control board with a new universal ST9120U1011. I spent almost 3 hours swapping the circuit boards and everything worked. I want to share some problems for my specific board. Some of the old wires were short and had to be lengthened. If you don't want to cut the old cables, prepare a few feet of new cable and a few pairs of flat connectors with male-female options to extend the cables. Another issue was that some of the old blades were too small to fit on the new board's blade connectors. I had to cut them off and replace them with new spade connectors. I didn't touch the dip switch settings, I left them as they are on the board. As for many people here, it was my lucky day as I made money by wanting to replace the whole old oven with a new one.
