It helps because I love listening to podcasts for the first 4 miles and then music for the last 4 miles while running. The phone can be rotated and locked. I love this mount feature because I use the same mount system for my Lifeproof LifeActiv suction cup mount vehicle with Quickmount. I use the Lifeproof Lifeactiv with Quickmount when I run. Many of the bracelets on the market are cheap and therefore cheaply made. This one is strong and durable. The materials give you peace of mind that your phone will not fall if the product fails. I have a question about the strap and attachment system. Customer service was like Nordstrum, super fast, no issues and easy to deal with. They are cool.
