Item received was not "as described": Both shoulder pads came loose at the seams. The shoulder pads came loose on either side after the belt was threaded through. Hollis' new parent company, Huish outdoors, did little to address my concerns, directing me to a blank RMA form (I can get back to you quicker through Revain, to be honest). At the moment it's still being discussed whether I should post the whole thing and send it back (I'll probably get the same quality again). This was Huishi's second chance after the zeagle mask let me down during the dive. April 4, 2019 update Huishi replied and said that the entire batch of shoulder pads in stock has the same manufacturing defect. They said this has been worked out with their supplier and they are awaiting the arrival of a new "solid" batch. I'm still confused about the poor quality control so I'll wait for now. And their rating remains at 1-star level.
