It is very easy to use, it's user friendly with multiple options for data management like emails or text messages etc which makes my work easier than ever before! I love how simple this system allows me keep in touch with all of our customers/clients at any time from anywhere around different parts of globe via email notifications sent out automatically when something happens (like an inquiry). The only thing that can be improved upon would have more features added such as; call recording so we could listen back over phone calls made using KITB app - also maybe add some sorta auto-responder feature where users don't need their own response but still receive automated replies if they're not available? Would really help save us alot especially during business hours & holidays / weekends offs! We are able provide customer support across various platforms without having someone physically present 24 x 7x365.
