The threaded rod is not long enough to go through all parts of the welding helmet. I spent money on two sets. Now it would be cheaper to keep both than send them back. At least I can put my grinding helmet on with one set. I have 4 helmets from different brands. Esaub, Sellstrom, Viking and Lincoln. These pen sets do not match any of them.
