I am new to adult coloring. I'm not an artist, I just paint to relieve stress. Initially, I bought cheap Shuttle Art pencils. There were 174 colors in the set. I've been using them for a while. Then I ran out of commonly used colors. (Sky Blue, Ocean Blue, Red) The shuttle is out of stock. None of the usual cheap brands have open stock. I was looking for Prismacolors and they were way out of my budget! This stamp is for "serious artists". I checked out Arteza and they had free stock. In all the colors I need. I bought several pencils (of which there are 3 in a pack!) and fell in love with them. They were way better than the shuttle art! They mixed much better and sharpened better. The colors are much brighter than other budget brands. Arteza also didn't leave "pencil shavings" and the tips didn't break as easily as Shuttle art. Arteza is perfect for adult coloring books in my opinion. Both watercolor and regular pencils are amazing. I bought a set of 48 for both. I will buy 120 sets when they run out.
