I WANT to love her more than me.

I bought these pens in addition to a smaller set of Prismacolor pens hoping to get a better price. The colors are nice and the crayons don't seem any more brittle than the others, but there's only one thing stopping me from giving them five stars: they just don't color as well as the Prismacolor crayons. They're not that oily, not that light. I'm including a comparison photo, but it doesn't really show the real difference, which is the difference in how they feel when the paint is applied; The…

**WARNING**: Drawing Materials

UPDATE: 4/3/19 Leads start to come out of top of pins (unsharpened end). I've had 4 of them with me so far, see photos **Warning** Pencils are ok, but I was very disappointed that the colors I really need for portraits and landscapes are excluded from the set range. They are indicated on the packaging but excluded (see photo). For example, I could use colors outside of the brown range for portraits, SUCH A118 DARK CHOCOLATE, A036 COCOA, SIENNA BROWN ONLY in the set. Other colors listed but NOT…

I do not recommend these pens

November 8, 2019 - I've been making adult paints for about 3 years. During this time I have tried many different brands. In my experience, you get what you pay for with crayons. However, I will never buy these pens again. Some colors are suitable, others are roughly textured and therefore not compatible. That's not acceptable to me. The first best pens I bought were Prismacolor. I still like these very much. The medium lead and the smaller verithin lead are excellent for detail work or for…

Ideal for coloring adults. Very important.

I am new to adult coloring. I'm not an artist, I just paint to relieve stress. Initially, I bought cheap Shuttle Art pencils. There were 174 colors in the set. I've been using them for a while. Then I ran out of commonly used colors. (Sky Blue, Ocean Blue, Red) The shuttle is out of stock. None of the usual cheap brands have open stock. I was looking for Prismacolors and they were way out of my budget! This stamp is for "serious artists". I checked out Arteza and they had free stock. In all the

Smooth pencils, large color palette

Haven't used pencils in real drawings yet, but made a swatch and grouped by color. Just by making samples I could see that the pens are really smooth, the colors are bright and accurate; very pigmented. The color names are fun too and match the pencil tones perfectly, except maybe one or two (if you care). The darkest shades I have in each color group are very saturated from a single coat of paint. The only drawback so far is the packaging. I initially thought it was fun and unique, but after…

Terrible quality! - UPDATED

I have not used them yet but judging by their arrival I already give them 1 star. If they don't surprise me when I use them, I doubt I'll change my rating. There is no reason why a pack of crayons should arrive like this, not to mention that on 3 of them the lead doesn't look like it just broke off, the break is so clean and even that it must be a defect. I think you get what you pay for. UPDATE 1:3 hours after I wrote my original review I was trying to use pencils to see how they work and the…
