Revainrating 3 out of 5

Terrible quality! - UPDATED

I have not used them yet but judging by their arrival I already give them 1 star. If they don't surprise me when I use them, I doubt I'll change my rating. There is no reason why a pack of crayons should arrive like this, not to mention that on 3 of them the lead doesn't look like it just broke off, the break is so clean and even that it must be a defect. I think you get what you pay for. UPDATE 1:3 hours after I wrote my original review I was trying to use pencils to see how they work and the lead of one of the pencils started popping out from the back. Absolutely terrible quality! UPDATE 2** After my original post, the manufacturer sent me another box of pencils. Although this time none of the pencils arrived broken I will say that the new pack of pencils arrived in a box and not a mailing envelope like the previous pack so I'm not sure future packs won't arrive broken if the Manufacturer usually sends them in a mailing envelope, not a box. After using the pins for some time they seem to be of pretty good quality, although the LED of 2 new pins also started to pierce the back of the pin making them unusable unless I glued the LED on. Overall I gave the pens 3 stars instead of 1 for the good customer service and their willingness to make things right, but I can't give the full 5 stars due to issues with the LED in some pens as well as the usual shipping method from the manufacturer Envelope shape puts pencils at high risk of damage in transit.

Pros

Cons
