Delivery was next day. WOW The product is really disappointing. I have had a Craftsman Shop Vac for 30 years. During this time it worked perfectly. It's built like a tank. But the engine eventually died and Shop-Vac went out of business, so I had to choose a new brand. When I unpacked this piece of stealth junk, it looked like it was made for a kid's toy. The first problem was the strong smell of cheap Chinese plastic. When trying to collect it, I had to periodically step aside to catch my breath. It actually gave me a headache and nausea. The instruction manual was useless unless you have 20/10 eyesight and a magnifying glass. But I have to focus on one. The first problem I noticed was the hose. It's made out of cheap plastic (looks like the theme) and is only 4 feet long. The material bends and twists, so you have to struggle with it to get anything done. The second issue I noticed is the power cord. That's a reasonable length, but what idiot connects a two-pronged ungrounded plug to a device designed for use in water? Unbelievable! Extensions are also cheap and don't stay together. It will probably break very quickly. Not very durable. There's a good reason they advertise it's lightweight - everything is made out of inferior plastic. The rollers and hose don't allow you to pull the device without tearing it, so it's good that it has a handle. To be fair, the motor has some power. It picks up dirt with no problem. I'm not sure if this will last, but I'm 75 so it shouldn't last 30 years. Here I sit, I wonder if I'll come back. But all other brands on Revain look the same. If anyone can give me a solid recommendation I'd appreciate it. BUT DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS STEALTH VAC.
