I received the item 2 days earlier than expected. I was emailed a photo of the item on the front door. That's convenient! I was really excited to use it so I looked up the recipe and tried the pasta roller and pasta cutters. Fiction. Much better than expected. Hooray! I am so happy with this purchase. The reel and cutters were easy to use after watching a few YouTube videos. Loading the dough into the roller was easy and the stainless steel operation was silent. Installing the roller and blades was easy, so I attached them to a Kitchenaid stand mixer. There were no wrinkles at the edges of the dough, and no holes or cuts formed in the body of dough as it passed. Changing the size setting on the rollerball was simple and easy, except the numbers are hard to see, especially in the kitchen in daylight. The manual is weak, but it's easy to understand how the parts fit and work. The price was great. I am very happy with my purchase and will use it often especially after my husband said the pasta looks and tastes great. The great thing about the video is that I can use it to roll out dough to make oriental pies (meat, cheese, eggs, spinach, etc.). This also makes it easier to roll out the dough for making flatbread. LOVE IT .
