I'm rarely unhappy with a product I buy. However, I was very frustrated with this at the end of the process. As everyone says, the home button has stopped working. After installing new updates and doing all sorts of fixes from people with a similar problem on Google, I was never able to get it to work. I need to use the virtual button now I think.2. The screen quality is beyond terrible. When the screen is off, you can see the poor quality of this product. It's even worse with the screen on.3. The screen doesn't sit well on the phone, after playing with it I couldn't sit flush with the screen so I tightened the bottom two screws and left everything as is. All in all a very bad product. We will find out if customer service can return the money. After 1-2 hours of work I was very disappointed with the result.
