Review on 🌱 Oxbow Animal Health Orchard Grass Hay - Premium Natural Feed for Chinchillas, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters & Gerbils in Bulk Size by Amanda Adams

Had to throw away 2 batches of this hay! My first large subscription box was great - lush, green - my other two (which were unopened, still in their two boxes and sealed in plastic in our dry garage) were terrible when we opened them a few months later. Half of the weed in these two batches was pale green, the other half yellowed - and all very tough. I didn't think it would make a difference but then my rabbits won't eat any new food in a week. Luckily we supplement with pellets but I was willing to take the rabbits to the vet because one night we ran out of pellets and our rabbits just seemed to bite off a few pieces of fresh hay - one actually bit me, he was SO hungry! We found another herb from a fresher brand and of course they have no problem eating this herb. So I just spent over $100 on hay, so much I can't even donate it. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND - at least not in bulk.
