Review on 💾 PNY Pro Elite 1TB USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C Portable SSD – (PSD0CS2060-1TB-RB) by Justin Dorsett

PNY 250GB bought specifically for backup images on my new PC with WIN 10. For example, two different cables are supplied for connection. Very portable size. Reasonable price. When connecting, PNY was recognized and displayed in the right places, device manager, explorer. I've started backing up from a PC SSD to a PNY SSD using Macrium Reflect. 61GB is full on the PNY drive. It lasted 36 minutes. Initially, the transfer rate was 500 MB/s. The speed dropped to 275-325 MB/s after 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, the speed dropped to 225 MB/s. The device felt warm, but not hot at all. PNY backup file displayed correctly after completion. No problem. Hope, This device lasts a while to keep my backups. If it holds up after a few downloads I plan on buying another one so I can switch between the two. Has always given me a backup in case a unit fails.
