Bread is hard to take out and clean but otherwise great

When I started college this semester I accidentally burned my old toaster (I also burn eggs I was told to they are quite talented ) .) I had to quickly find a replacement that worked cheaply. It's been a few months now and even though I'm back home I still use this toaster. It's a great toaster, but it does have a couple of major flaws, which we'll talk about below. I still recommend it. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: This toaster is cheap and arrived quickly (2-3 days with us) Various settings generally work well, especially the defrost type as you can see in my photos, not very easy to to clean . If there are small pieces of bread in this toaster, it's not a good way to take them out yourself (the toaster doesn't have a great eject/eject function). I burned my fingers a few times trying to figure it out. It's actually pretty annoying. When you first take out the toaster, it gives off a strange smell. The instructions say to use it multiple times in an open area without anything and then it will pass. In my case, after 4/5 toasts in my parents' garage, the smell went away. Conclusion: This toaster has served me well over the past few months. I think for $29 the shortcomings can be addressed making the toaster a good buy in the end.
