OK support from the banks, bad support from the seller and the banks have no idea why it's not working.
Installed in 2011 RAM 2500 with Cummins. EGT numbers are not displayed. Called the bank, they tried a few things and then said to return it as they can't figure it out. The seller on Amazon has no way to contact them directly and a crappy return policy. They say they won't accept returns because it was installed, while Banks says to return it because once installed it will no longer perform one of its core functions. So yes, AVOID! Especially this seller.
