When the lighters first arrived I was very happy with my purchase, all but one of the lighters worked but I thought there was nothing wrong with that. I love the Flint flashlight because electric flashlights have always stopped working so quickly. I also like that flintlocks don't make a loud click when fired. Other flint lighters usually have a button or switch to activate the flow of butane. I love that they only have a "lid" that you open to activate the butane flow, when you're done to put out the flame and stop the butane you just have to close the lid. This is of the 4 I got that worked, 2 of them already need a new flint and I don't know how to replace them. It flies out right away, but I can't get the flint in the right position to hit it when it ignites. The other 2 lighters don't hold the flame. The flint sparkles and the butane flows, but the flame doesn't burn, even if you try to light it with another lighter, it goes out immediately. When the lighters are on, the flame can be easily adjusted with the dial on the bottom of the lighter. I hope I just have a bad batch because I was tempted to order another box as it was so good. I would return them but as I've used them all and they contain butane I'm not sure I can return them as a replacement as they are flammable. I really like lighters when they work, they're easy to use, especially for people with arthritis, and some of the other lights I've bought in the past have been difficult for me to light. They're also quiet when lit, which is a huge plus! I wasn't very impressed with the colors of the lighters, they are pretty minor and I wish they had brighter and funnier colors and designs. Although the size and shape of the lighters are ideal. When I started I was tempted to get another box and see how it goes and when I do I will update this review. I would recommend them to those who don't mind fixing them when they stop working. Although now I am very disappointed and hopefully can replace them or order new ones and update this 5 star review.
