Totally unacceptable. While I've had the device for almost two months, the device has only been installed for about 30 days. The gas valve on the right front burner was stuck in the on position, preventing me from turning off the flame. I had to turn off the gas on the block. After an incredibly hard push on the button, I finally got it to turn to the off position. the knob will now turn, but the device will not ignite and will not supply gas to that burner. I contacted Cosmo tech support and they said I could call a technician at my own expense and disassemble the unit, confirm the valve is defective, after that they would send me a replacement and I would have to have a technician come back at my expense to restore the lock. I feel completely unsafe having this unit in my home with gas valves failing after about 30 days of use and essentially no customer service from the manufacturer.
