I like that I can easily access my aircraft data from any device and that all of my information is stored in one place. The support team is excellent as well. There are several different ways to enter the data but they don't make it easy to learn how to use them. As far as benefits go, it's just easier to keep track of everything in one place and not have to spend time logging into multiple systems. It also helps that if there are discrepancies between our records and the FAA's files, we know where to look first.
