Front right difficult to reassemble with pins provided

The tool provided makes it easy to disassemble the current one. The pins provided make it impossible to reattach a new fender to the right front wheel. The top 2 pins are hard to reach. I had to assemble using the same pins I disassembled. They are slightly smaller. The material looks very similar to the original and the size is right.
