Great experience and awesome Customer Service
I like that it is very easy to use, has great customer service support team as well! It's pretty much everything you could want in an online credential management tool!! Nothing really.
Just make sure if they are going for ECP/ECR - go with them 100% because their product line will be better than any other vendor out there (at least at this time). They have helped us solve our problems of maintaining all my vendors' credentials up-to date along side keeping track off who needs recertification training courses etc.,.
Pros
- You can do almost anything within one platform which makes things easier when managing your entire staffs certifications / licenses.
Cons
- Everything works perfectly fine but nothing comes immediately into mind
