Overall I'm very happy with it. The packaging is fantastic, love the shower pumps and there are a lot of them. Smells good, cleans well, hair is comfortable. I used to only use Kerastase once when I bought a shampoo from a salon. This product was a little different as it lathered up much thicker and was therefore much more difficult to rinse off. I am not 100% sure if it is a pure brand name. But I like it. just be careful
