It's great that I can see the cooking temp from my phone. However, the temperature accuracy is less than it should be. I cooked chicken and fish in a pan with a CookPerfect thermometer and it took a long time for the temperature to rise. When the chicken breast temperature reached 120F, the breast was overcooked and dry. Chicken needs to be cooked to 165 F and stay juicy. As an experiment, I overcooked the chicken to look at the thermometer; It took the chicken over 30 minutes to reach 165F (the chicken should reach 165F within 15 minutes). I assumed the calibration was disabled but there is no way to calibrate it. For a high price, there should be a way to calibrate the cooking accuracy.
