I haven't looked at the specs on this and other similar machines, but for the same price ($630 at the time of writing this article) you can get a DS700 with 8 GB, which can be expanded to 128 GB instead of 64 GB. It could be better in terms of a "future-proof" device you want to get. So be sure to check all specifications before making a decision. However, this is a great little computer that's ready to go right out of the box. I wanted something small for my desk but expandable in the future and it fit the bill. I like the understated look, the fact that it's fast, quiet and takes up almost no space compared to a typical home computer case. The integrated graphics are pretty good, but I'm looking forward to adding a graphics card (more on that). Expansion is a little tricky, but that's to be expected from a small form factor PC. Here are some small things: 1. My low profile graphics card (Zotac GeForce GT1030) that I had on hand was a bit longer at 6.77 inches. I can't blame Asus for that. If you want to play easier, I would suggest a card no longer than 6.0 inches (152mm). Otherwise it will be due to the assembly of the optics and drive bays. In the end I found the Gigabyte GV-N1030D5-2GL and can only recommend it. This is an Nvidia GT 1030 card with a length of 150 mm (5.90 inches). That's pretty handy. Some websites (not Revain I'm afraid) allow you to filter by card length.2. The tool-less hard drive tray is designed for 3.5" models, but has screw holes for 2.5" drives. However, on my 2.5" SSD, the tray interfered with the SATA and power connections in every way I tried. Luckily, I already had a bracket (Corsair CSSD-BRKT2, $5.99 from Revain at the time of writing this) and screws to attach it. So I assembled my drive and placed it in the tray as an assembly so it could seat properly. 3. I use Wi-Fi so I placed the antenna on the opposite side from me so I can't see it. It has a magnet to hold it on the case so it's secure which is a good idea. Everyone else uses a rubber mat that attracts dust and lets it slide around. 4. I have a pretty good keyboard and mouse, so I didn't bother with the one that came with it. how could we do without them, they are not that expensive to get individually and I think people have their preferences. 2nd drive.
