I did something wrong
The product gets 5 stars because everything is as described. It has a nice shimmer but is more fluid than solid colors (as expected). 2 stars for me because I'm pretty sure I didn't heat the shirt long enough to properly cure it. I washed and dried the shirt and the outline was there but the rest was washed out.
