Review on Professional Glass Polishing Compound Solution by Charles Butler

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Does little to nothing to remove water stains/shower door stains

Admittedly I've had a tough job with GP-Pro 14054 Professional Glass Polishing Compound; ie ten years of water spots/stains on the closed glass shower. I used this polish with the excellent Porter Cable 7336 Polishing Pad for over 30 minutes on a two square foot area, including multiple applications of the polish along with glass polishing pads that I purchased direct from Glass Polish. None of the watermarks have been removed, but the transparency of the glass has improved by around 30%. If you're cleaning glass with minimal and fresh water stains, this product can help you, but it's a total failure when it comes to old water stains. In all honesty, I think an aggressive buffing compound with a cut-off wheel can give the best results, and that's what I'm going to try next.
