At first I liked this cordless vacuum cleaner. I've searched for weeks to find one that uses removable batteries that can be recharged. I really liked the floor tile nozzle. Without brushes. He did a great job with the floor tiles throughout the house. I liked the "idea" of having extra batteries to increase "run time". The concept was great BUT. The batteries kept getting stuck in the charger and vacuum cleaner. The gray buttons on each side of the batteries, which when pressed should release the battery from its holder, stopped working on both batteries. I actually had to pry them out with a screwdriver. As for the wall mount. The pre-drilled wall mount holes are too far apart to attach to a rack. I was very disappointed and sad because I had to send the vacuum cleaner back.
