I am very satisfied with this car code reader. Let me start by saying I have a 2000 Toyota Corolla that was supposed to not work with this thing. The check engine light came on and I already know what code it is. I'm in a condition that requires a breakaway test and don't you know this will be the month I have to do that breakaway test! The point here is that if your check engine light is on, your car doesn't automatically pass an emissions test; they don't care what the code is. So I needed a way to clean it up. I decided to try this OBD2 scanner even though it claimed not to work on Asian cars as old as mine. Luckily I plugged it in and it still lit up with a code I KNEW (since I already know what's wrong with the car and just haven't fixed it yet). BAMM! The code is written, and then the code is erased! I love this little car. I will use it to test drive any van I plan to buy as I am currently looking for a van. But FYI, this worked great on my old Toyota model. 100% recommended.
