It's an easy system with very intuitive features (even if those are sometimes overlooked).

I always recommend it since my previous experience was not good at first but once we started using this platform everything changed! There is nothing in particular; maybe some improvements related specifically of our needs would be nice like more specific filters or options when adding patient data from other systems such as paper forms etc.. However overall things have been going well so far especially after switching over most appointments were done within 5 minutes vs 20 before which helped us save time significantly!!
