Review on Trax Retail Execution by Chris Hazzard

The implementation process was very smooth, especially considering it's been used by many different retailers! We were able to learn quickly how this software works so we could get up & running asap when our client went live last week! I would definitely recommend using Traxx for your POS needs - easy integration into existing systems or even new ones like ours! Our customer service team loves being able to see what products are selling where right from their desktops instead of having to rely solely off sales data they pull manually each month (which takes time!). The most helpful feature for us was the ability to see what was happening in our stores. The reporting and dashboard were also very helpful. The customer support was not the best. They were not always able to respond quickly when we needed help. They would take a few days to get back to us. The program is very simple to use and has made our jobs easier. We are able to see what is happening in our stores and make changes when needed.
