This is a great file. Full Disclosure - I have terrible recurring calluses on my feet. This file makes them great. The handle is long, thick, and strong, and the double sides work well together to remove hard objects and then flatten them. Washes off clean. My podiatrist recommended these types of files for use between visits, claiming they were much better for your feet than cheese graters. It definitely makes my legs smoother. I highly recommend this file.
