I had a vacuum charger when I read the instructions and installed the instructions. The light flashed indicating it was charging. I started the setup process - connected it to WiFi, an app on my phone, etc. While doing this, I pressed the power button as instructed and heard a strange beeping sound. Not the sound I should hear. The device will no longer turn on and will no longer charge. We spent hours trying to charge it, different key combinations and finally opening the battery door thinking maybe something was wrong? No, it looked good. It's just a defective device/battery. It seems MANY other people are having similar issues which just tells you this is not a quality product. Skip it! Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
