Fixed 8/3/21 They sent a new camera with an easy to read support manual which is what I wanted in the first place. At least now I can do more than just turn it on or off. It could be a good product if there was a helpful instruction manual. I tried to get help from the company but was mostly ignored. If you are very familiar with game cameras but are a beginner like me, don't even consider one. Unless you're greedy for punishment.
